The straps range in width from 5mm to 19mm and in thickness from 0.4mm to 1.2mm, and are created using a 38CrMoALA extruder, making them suitable for use in high-grade packaging.
The extruder features a hopper dehumidifying drying system and a automatic feeding system, which make the performance of the extruder much more stable. Additionally, the unit is equipped with frequency conversion motor drive and an automatic intelligent temperature control system, allowing for better energy efficiency.
