Process flow of PET packaging belt production line:
① feeding→② mixing raw materials→③ raw material pre-drying→④ vacuum dehumidification of raw materials→⑤ raw materials melting extrusion→⑥ material embryo expression(with embryo) cooling molding→⑦oven preheating→⑧first stretching→⑨second stretching→⑩embossing→⑪ oven tempering to set the shape→⑫ cooling → ⑬winding(finished product)
Features of PET packing strap production line
- Better tensile strength: the PET strap production line has the tensile strength of the steel belt, and the ductility is good, and the anti-impact performance is better. It is not easy to break, and it can ensure the safety of product transportation.
- Small extension: Although PET strap is one kind of plastics, its extension of change is very small, its elongation is only 1/ 6 of polypropylene, it can maintain tension force, after the packing make the expansion no longer change.
- Strong temperature resistance: the experiment proved that the melting point of PET packing belt at about 260 ℃, can be used under the environment of 120 ℃ for a long time not to distort,it has a good stability.
- Good economic benefit: the density of PET packaging belt is 1.30 ~ 1.38 g/cm3, which is only 1/6 of the steel belt density (7.8 g/cm3), which is equivalent to the length of the 6-ton steel belt, and the price of the same unit length is relatively low.
- Environmentally friendly: the steel belt will rust due to exposure to the air, and the rust is highly permeable to the packaging. PET packing tape is beautiful and not rusted, but avoid unnecessary worry. It can also be recycled.

------During order: company designs groundsill installation chart for water, electricity and gas of equipment basing on real condition and customers’ requirements and provides detail order list and matching manufacturer for reference for customer.
After equipment arrival, our service personnel will arrive at posted locale for installation, debugging, training and technology transfer till customers can operate independently and manufactures eligible product. Service personnel have to arrive at customer’s locale in time when we provide service for client again.
------ After order: we will offer 12months after sales service freely, but our service will be life-long. if some parts are broken, we will send them by express, air or ship as soon as we can.
